Our Services
Thirteen oh Eight Events offers a unique and personalized experience to plan and execute your dream. We offer a beautiful venue space to comfortably accommodate up to 75 seated guests.
Each event/rental booking includes tables and chairs to seat your requested number of guests provided at no additional charge.
Our venue includes a kitchenette area with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and serving stand. There is also plenty of party available on site.
We’re here to help you host your next event! We provide services for birthday parties (of any age), business meetings, intimate gatherings and rental space reservations.
We look forward to creating your custom event!
All Reservations require a refundable $250 deposit at the time of booking to secure your Date.
Venue Event Rental & Decor

Let us handle it! Reserve the rental space and we’ll handle the set-up and decor for your next event. All you have to do is show up!
This Includes:
Gold Chiavari or Ghost chairs (60 guests)
Tables with BLACK or WHITE linen
Table Runners (coordinating event colors)
Basic Treat Table (TREATS NOT INCLUDED)
2 additional covered tables for food.
Chargers & Napkins included.
Maximum of 4-hours for EVENT TIME.
1-hour after the event to clean-up/breakdown.
Kitchenette access (refrigerator, microwave).
Venue Event Rental

This Includes:

Day Party Special

Our Day Party Special is ideal for brunches, intimate weddings, small receptions etc.

A Staff Member will be present during your event. Once your group of 24 guests has arrived, any additional individuals will be denied entry.
Classes/Meetings Space
$95 per hour
Planning your next offsite meeting? Maybe it’s a workshop or a class to teach? Whatever you’re planning to host, we’re here to help.
Thirteen oh Eight Luxury Event Suite will offer our space at an hourly rate in which a vendor/professional can utilize the space for a class, meeting, workshop, etc.
This Includes:
Tables & Seating for up to 30 guests.
Maximum of 3-hour rented space.
Decor allowed: tablecloth only.
Music allowed: (via speaker only)
Must also be held during non-peak times.
NON-PEAK TIMES: Weekdays (Monday - Thursday), Sunday evenings pending availability or Early Saturday mornings before noon.
Anything outside of these guidelines would be deemed an Event and will be subject to normal Event rates.
Personal Intimate Events

*Picnics for up to 4 guests
This event is perfect for any special occasion. It’s a great way to celebrate an anniversary, enjoy a couple’s date night or just to have a memorable time with a couple of close friends!
